Every Sunday morning, a small pocket of wisdom arrives in your inbox.

These letters are personal, reflective and rooted in real life.

They draw on women’s lived wisdom and the inner landscape of her psyche, the stars and seasons, story, myth, psychology and the body.

Some hold small practices or meditations, a ritual or a question to live with during the week. Others look more closely at the patterns, thresholds and tender unspoken places many women know, and how we might meet them with more truth, compassion, courage and choice.

They are written as a slow Sunday read before the new week, perhaps with something warm, before the day begins.

What You'll Receive

Each Sunday Letter weaves different themes, because life, the stars and the seasons are always turning.

Across the weeks, you may receive a personal reflection from my own life, garden and inner musings. It is woven together with teachings from the stars, the zodiac, Grandmother Moon, the seasons and the natural world, and how these are intimately related to women's wisdom and growth.

I use astrology not to predict what will happen, but as a compass for reflection, growth and conscious choice. It is a way of noticing the patterns, shadows, gifts and possibilities within us, so that we may live and create intentionally and from our own authority.

There may be a myth, story or archetype to help us see ourselves more clearly, as well as small rituals, meditations, journal questions or embodied practices to carry into the week.

From time to time, I also share guided hypno-journeys and meditations, made especially for women. They are created to help you slow down, connect with your feminine knowing, create change, return to your wise and wild body, and meet what is moving within you with more presence.

You will also be the first to hear about events, Women's Circles, retreats, private rituals, community gatherings and new ways to work together.

These are moments of reflection and goodness, from my home and heart to yours…

Little Excerpts

Open heart
“It takes a heck of a lot of courage to hold a heart like that in this world, especially once it has already been hurt. One response is to close up, to go cold and rigid so that nothing can reach you again. But the braver road is to stay open to everything life presents to us… the good, the soft, the sad, the pain. All of it.”

Not disappearing in devotion
“Her devotion does not disappear. It deepens. She may still be devoted to her children, her art, her work, the people she loves and the world she wishes to serve. Yet that devotion no longer asks that she disappear inside it. It makes her more wholehearted, rather than less herself.”

The wisdom of unfinished
“You are allowed to stop before everything is completed. To notice the moment you are about to say yes from the old bargain. Leave one small thing unfinished today, on purpose.”

What Women Tell Me

Women tell me they read the letters as a soft treat on their Sundays, and return to them as support. Others have shared they find them a comfort to read. Many say they feel seen and heard, and that the words are helpful and encouraging. Some have shared that the letters have brought real change into their lives.
